Delivery time generally varies between 48 hours and 2 weeks from placing the order, depending on availability and delivery destination. However, personalized items or pieces from new collections make take a few days longer.
● Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days if your chosen item is in stock. ● Express delivery takes 1-2 days (€15.00 additional cost). ● In some cases, delivery may vary due to the nature of your purchase: some designs are more complex than others. Alessandra Lapeschi creations are shipped with UPS. You will receive a message advising that your order is ready for dispatch, along with a tracking number that allows you to monitor delivery status. Standard delivery on all orders is currently free of charge. Please contact us for information on €15.00 express delivery (available only on selected items and orders).

If you have not received the UPS tracking number and your order has not been delivered, please contact us at customerservice@alessandralapeschi.com, indicating your name and the order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you detect an issue with your order once you have received it, contact us as soon as possible with the details and we will advise you of the steps to follow to place a return. PLEASE NOTE: all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any damaged articles will not be eligible for refund or credit. We do not accept returns of any items that have been engraved or personalized especially for you.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are free of charge but must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at alessandra@alessandralapeschi.com with your name, order number and reason for returning the item and we will indicate the steps to follow. If you prefer, you can call us or send a WhatsApp message to +34 637 377 000. PLEASE NOTE: returns are only accepted on items that have not been engraved or personalized. All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, together with the warranty and certificate of authenticity.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed. For security reasons, credit card refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase your Alessandra Lapeschi creation.

Ring Sizing Guide
To confirm your ring size before placing your order, print our conversion chart, making sure the "Scale to fit" option is unchecked in the print dialogue box. Use a ruler to check the scale is correct.
Position a ring your wear regularly on the same finger over the circles on the chart to determine which one matches your size (the inside of the ring should coincide with the circle). If the ring falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
PLEASE NOTE: your finger may swell in the heat or constrict slightly if you are cold.
