Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

Shipping times vary depending on product availability. Our jewellery is handmade and processing times may vary from jewel to jewel. It may take a little longer to receive your jewellery, but it is worth the wait to have an authentic handmade Italian classic jewel.

Jewellery purchases are generally shipped within 48 hours to 15 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on product availability. In the case of custom jewellery, new collections or catalogue jewellery, shipping times range from 48 hours to 60 days.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday morning.

Express orders placed on Thursday afternoons will be processed and shipped on Friday. Since UPS does not work on weekends, these orders will arrive from Monday onwards.

Returns:

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you may return your jewellery within 14 days of delivery of your purchase.

The jewellery must be returned undamaged and properly packed in its original packaging together with the guarantee.

In any case, you will not have to incur any cost for the return of your purchase.
